Ecological ethos & ingredients

1. LILY MOON uses Australian sandalwood essential oil which is grown in sustainable forests plantations.

2. The ambergris (grey amber) comes from the excretions rejected from the stomach of the whales and is found on the beaches in New Caledonia and New Zealand. No whale are harmed to obtain it. LILY MOON uses ambergris found as a fossil stone in New Caledonia and considered as a mineral extract.

3. LILY MOON does not test the perfumes on animals. Pet perfumes are using pure ingredients which do not harm the animals nor their skin and are alcohol free.
No aldehydes or synthetic ingredients are used in our perfumes.

4. LILY MOON endeavours to recreate the scents of the Nature which adjust to your skin and as such, the perfumes rarely smell like commercial perfumes. We promote PERFUME THERAPY.

5. Any other LILY MOON products such as talc deodorants, bath salts, bath milk or perfume balms are made of purely natural ingredients such as cocoa butter, pure Epsom salts from the Baltic, goat or donkey milk and pure vegetal carrier oils.

6. LILY MOON supports Fair Trading and the oils are ordered from worldwide producers participating in the Fair Trade economy.

7. LILY MOON perfumes and aromatherapy products are made of the rarest and purest essential oils (we try to use organic certified or ecologically produced oils as much as possible), carrier oils and ingredients.

Payment

• All commissionings of bespoke perfumes are subject to a minimum of 30% deposit. The balance is to be paid upon delivery. For all our products, you can pay quickly, easily and safely using Paypal , by cheque or electronic bank transfer.

Postage and Packaging

• The cost of postage is calculated per weight of the perfume and bottle - and is added to your total. For Europe and the USA there is an additional cost subject to current UK post rates. The 3 samples will be sent to you free of charge and safely packed in a special envelope. Weight of each item includes the packaging material or gift package.

• Please read our BESPOKE PERFUME section for delivery delays. Once prepared, please allow 7 days in the UK for your perfume to get to you. Shipping outside the UK may take longer. If the parcel is required urgently then please feel free to email and we will see what we can do to help.

Customer satisfaction
 
• Perfumes may alter due to transportation or other exterior factors such as exposure to light. Even if you have chosen your perfume out of the 3 samples sent to you prior to the making of the end perfume, LILY MOON guarantees that, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the end result, you will receive the same new perfume as the one chosen as soon as you have notified us by email and within 48 hours of reception of the item.

• If the item arrives faulty or broken, it should be returned in its original packaging with all labels and items attached, unused within 28 days.

• Refunds will be paid by cheque less the price of postage.

• No responsibility can be accepted by LILY MOON for loss of returned items that have not been sent by special delivery.
